This is a new one to me also.

UGL's are popping up all the time. It certainly looks as though it could be winny in that vial, but unless someone can vouch for it, I wouldn't stick myself with it unless it was tested. That's the only way you'd be certain that it is winny and that it is appropriately dosed.
