    Smile Any good advice for food before workout?

    Hi guys!

    I've got all other meals figured out but the meal 1 hour before workout has never been my favourite..........what do you guys eat?!

    I usually take a couple of slices of raw bread, 0,5 liter of pure apple juice and sometimes even a energy bar....

    Can somebody give me some advice on something easy and still that provides with enough energy for a hard workout.....?!

    Thankful for all ideas.

    Some protein/carbs. Get rid of the apple juice and energy bar because they are both full of sugar.

    are they cooked egg whites or just raw from an egg? and I'm wondering about the oats as well.
