Hi guys!
I've got all other meals figured out but the meal 1 hour before workout has never been my favourite..........what do you guys eat?!
I usually take a couple of slices of raw bread, 0,5 liter of pure apple juice and sometimes even a energy bar....
Can somebody give me some advice on something easy and still that provides with enough energy for a hard workout.....?!
