I am planning to run test e at 500mg a week, but, i have a chance to get deca (from a friend), so i was wondering, if my diet and training was in check, would deca benifit me much in term of strength and mass or it woudnt be noticable effect.

deca is great for strength and size!use it with test if youy have already did a test only or some kind of single cycle.

Hold of on the deca and go with test only. If your diet and training is in check you can expect to put on about 20-25 pounds with the test so adding the deca would be a waste of money imo. Stick with the test and think about adding the deca with your next cycle.

1-10: 30mg nolva + 50 mg clomid
11-30: 20 mg nolva + 25 mg clomid
31-40: 25 mg clomid (dont know about this)
