A number of years ago my brothe taught me of a way to work the chest. For a while it worked really well, but then I felt like my chest just stopped growing. Now I know that, that is not what happened, but that is what it felt like.
The technique(suck at spelling) Iwas using was to lay on the bench, taking a dumbbell in each hand and with the arms ou to the side some, extend the arms, outward (pushing the dumbbells up toward the celing) and when the arms are extended fully, bring the dumbbells together in front of your face. Then return to the starting position.
Anyway, This seemed to work for a whie. I was feeling the burn in the chest. My qwestion is this. Was I doing it all wrong? Or am I not using the proper amount on weight?
