How to help the upregulation of Beta receptors from Ephedra use?

I use to supplement my workouts with ephedrine/caffeine, this combo use to give me wicked energy, I felt like I was stronger and could train for days in the gym... well, about a year ago my body stopped responding to ephedra/caffeine supplementation.... I have felt that I may have been adrenally fatigued and took the past year off of using ephedrine/caffeine.. recently I again attempted to use this combo and again no energy rush...

I recently order some Clen from aar and Im hoping that will work.....

Is there anything I can do to help my body recover? Is it possible that I still have down regulated beta receptors, etc....?

wouldn't have thought they would still be down after a year!!
Clen will downregulate them even more.
You need to run benadryl or zaditen for a week or so to upregulate them. Check my clen FAQ in sig.

run benadryl 50mg every night for 1 weeks (make sure the benadryl has the active ingredient diphenadramine. Nytol contains this too.
Zaditen (ketofifen) should be dosed @ 3-4mg ED try it for a week too. Both can be used @ the same time as ECA if you find you are downregulating again.

    ^^ Agreed ^^

In my experience ketofifen (sp?) and clen are a winning fat loss combo.

Guna try 2 weeks on clen then 2 weeks on ECA with ketofifen and/or benadryl throughout next time i cut.
