Thread: Question for Doc. Sust.

    Question Question for Doc. Sust.

Doc...I have been lifting for about 9 months now with chronic tendonosis in both elbows which I got from lifting about 4 years ago and quit because of it.

I would like to have taken GH by now but my finances are not permitting.

Now I am stronger in my upper body than I have ever been and have been able to keep the tendonosis down to an aggravating burn or ache without really killing me.

I also play the Piano and Organ which also adds to the aching.

Is there any kind of tendonosis type rehab program that you would reccomend that would enable me to keep it from getting out of control or help it calm down any to go along with my training?

Yes you are correct.....but the relief does not last and I am wandering if the doctor I went to for it is doing it right because she only spends like 30-60 seconds on the problem areas and she's done.

Was this the kind of experience you had?

good point, and i cant believe i dint think of this myself, active release can do alot. ART shouldnt be applied for lng periods of time or sever bruisning will occur. should be done for a about60 seconds or 3- 5 strokes per muscle.

accupuncture is out of my realm.

Haha..I wish....I have it on the medial, lateral, and in between the lateral and bicep tendon where the dip is on both FREAKIN elbows..and am still managing to be a decent sized(5'11 220) guy with decent strength(225x15 reps on bench).

This is exactly why I am ready to throw in the towel and do GH or IGF but I don't have finances right now.

Funny thing is..it would not mater if I was benching 135x15 or 225x15 I would still pretty much have the same nagging chronic pain....although I can make it worse if I did curls.

Yes....but tendonitis always seems to turn into tendonosis with me and that is why for a final solution, I am banking on IGF injections directly into the tendons by a doctor friend of mine along with running 6-8 months of a low dose cycle GH.
