    Suggestion pls....

    Hi All,

    Can you guys please suggest about my friends cycle & diet.
    Your views are very useful as this is the first time my friends injecting in.

    Wight :- 155 pound Height :- 5.6
    Goal =Wants to gain musceles with cutting

    Deca :- 200mg --1st weeks
    Sestalon :- 250 mg-- 2 nd week
    Deca -- 200 Mg --3rd week
    Sestalon :- 250 Mg -- 4 th week
    Deca :- 200 Mg -- 5th week
    Sestalon :- 250 Mg --6th week
    Deca :- 200 Mg --7th week
    Sestalon :- 250 Mg --8 th week
    Deca :- 100 Mg -- 9th week
    Sestalon :- 150 Mg--10 th week ... so on decreasing it

    Cobadex : 1 tab per day for all vitamin
    Diet :- 6 meals per day
    Creatine :- 10 gram two times ( 1 morning 2nd after workout )
    Mutton :- 1/2 KG per day almost 50 gram protien
    Whey protien :- 50 gram

    man, i think the first thing that everyone is going to say is that he needs to gain more weight with proper diet, he is to light for aas

    Welcome to AR.

    That cycle looks like garbage...where did you/he come up with this?

    Are you sure this is for your friend?...Why do so many people come on here claiming to be asking for advice for a friend? Why doesn't he just come and utilize the board himself, or do you have an alter ego?

    I think 155 lbs at 5'6" can be an o.k. build if BF is in check.
    You say cutting is desired here...what is your bf% ?

    What is your training experience?

    Thanks for your thoughts.....!
    He can not write english so i posted this on behalf of him. My Experience is hardly a year but he is having 6 years of experience. his body fat is 25%

    You better tell him to get his diet in check before he considers the sauce.

    Follow the link I posted in an above post. There is plenty of useful information in that forum on diets and what not.

    5' 6", 155 lbs, and 25% bf...not ready for any AAS at this time. I'm glad I asked that stat before I continued with any cycle advice.

    How much does he need to gain naturally ( means only proper diet) & then AAS?

    the only thing your boy needs to do is sort his diet out. training for 6 years and having 25% BF is not good. Tell him to think about AS when he gets to below 15%

    He will need more than proper diet to prepare himself for a cycle...

    You need a solid training regimen in place so that a good foundation is in place before a cycle is desired.

    Also, at that bf %, I recommend getting into a good cardio regimen as well to aide in burning some of the BF off.
