IMO legs and shoulders need seperate days but if that works for you, don't stop![]()

i agree...i make sure every major muscle group has its own day. heres mine for example
mon-chest, tri's
tues-legs
wednesday-shoulders
thrusday-back, bi's
friday-chest, tri's
sat-off
sun-off
why chest/tris twice a week
i dont have a specific reason other then that ive had this routine since ive ever started working out. i am pleased with it. i have pics up in the pic section
