lions products, what is the dosage

I have liquidex and tamox,
the l-dex is 30ml- 1mg/ml
the tamox is 50 ml - 20mg/ml
what I want is .5mg of l-dex everyday
adn PCT I want 20mg of tamox.
How many sprays will I have to do? i.e. how many milligrams is each individual spray?

if you have an oral syringe (should come with the nolvadex) 1cc or 1ml is your 20mg for the tamox/nolvadex

people!!! quit using the pump! use an extra pin, or use an oral syringe, there cheap as dirt! It would suck to get the wrong dose because you were to cheap! 1cc for Nolva to get 20mg .5cc for l-dex to get .5 mgs Its easy man, if you can figure out how many mg of test to shoot you should be able to figure this out
