started today. im just making sure i eat 8 500 cal meals...this is my diet so far today. but i dont sleep til about one so i have 2 more meals and a night time shake.
Yeah, that back shot is real nice. Do you have that low bodyfat just naturally, or do you have to work for it with diet or cardio?
at that time i was eating nothing but mcdonalds and soda and beer for about 2 and a half months

okay so does it matter at all how much fat i have in my diet... but my dad is 50 and has never done anything athletic and has been smoking since he was 15 and just eats fast food and soda and still has under 12% body fat. but thats why i dont thing i can gain weight cuz my god like metabolism and all my friends say the same thing "i hate you" cuz i been able to eat anything and will be able to for the rest of my life.

what program is that u used for ur diet?
Just have to eat like a madman. Im sure youre not taking in like 6k of calories. Take some time to add up your cals and then concentrate on increasing those cals graudually over the course of a month. Just have to eat like every 2 or 3 hours, eat until you think you could just puke because youre so full.Originally Posted by felony

Do what I do when I bulk. I will go to Wendy's and eat 2 triples with everything on it and a grilled chicken sandwich. I think each of those triples is like 1000 calories each, not sure on the chicken. Im eating like that one day a week and going to the all you can eat chineese on saturdays. i have the same problem as you.i seemed to be 11 stone(154lbs) for ever and it became very frustrating.
when i was boxing i spent many many years eating a very clean diet to stay in good shape but really struggled to put on any size.
then not long back a bb'er told me to forget a 6 pack and eat eat eat anything and everything.my diet now is horrible and most people would prob blow up like a balloon if they ate the same as me.if you can find my pics youll see im smooth but not fat.and the extra stone and a half(18lbs)is thanks to kfc,mcdonalds,chicken sandwiches,weight gainer drinks and lots of spicy chicken.iv eased off the chocolate bars cus i started to get the odd spot on my back.lol.
sadly/happily it wasnt till i got to 30 my metabolism slowed down a little but not much.
so after all that waffle.lol.the advice id give is just eat anything you like and eat lots of it.theres no quick easy fix to a hardgainers problem.
