    Pre Cycle Pics

    Really dialed in my diet and training the past month and cut some BF with the aid of clenbuterol. Goal is going to be 180 lbs @ 10% by March 10th.

    Current stats:
    6'0
    171.5 lbs
    3 years training
    2700 cal clean diet (275g pro, 150g carb, 80g fat)

    Going to be running SD for 26 days followed by PCT with MyoGenX, Clomid, Clenbuterol. All necessary supporting supps on hand and preloaded prior to today when I took the first dose.

    SD dose will be 20-20-30-30 (30mg only for 11 days).

    20 years Old !!! Just eat a shit load more you dont need juice. 2700 calories is laughable. Get it up to 3500 - 4000 and see what happens !!

    I know I have a ton more natural potential, but I have already ran a cycle of 1-Ad and SD before when I was uneducated. So although I could gain much more naturally, I am using the SD as more of something to help me keep gains as I cut down. I was at about 15-16% BF a month ago, and am trying to get to about 10% by march.

    Current diet:

    Meal 1: Pro/carb
    5 egg whites/1 whole egg
    4 oz turkey breast
    1/2 cup oats

    Meal 2: Pro/fat
    Typically 6 oz turkey or lean meat
    Handful Almonds or mixed nuts

    Meal 3: Pro/carb
    Chicken breast/ lean ground beef
    1/2 cup brown rice

    Meal 4: PWO
    90g dex/50g whey

    Meal 5: Pro/carb
    6 oz lean meat
    small sweet potatoe/yam

    Meal 6: pro/fat
    40g whey
    2 tbsp flax

    I believe the macros should be in the 2700-3000 kcal range with this diet, and I have been having decent cutting results so far.

    Any ideas as to what the BF in the pics is?

    Workout: Really don't want to post individual sets but generally workout consists of this;

    Day 1: Back/tri's
    4 exercises back typically wide grips and 6-10 rep range
    3 exercises triceps 6-10 rep range (sometimes higher towards end of workout)

    Day 2: Legs
    Squats rep range 8-12
    Deadlifts reps 8-12
    Leg press
    Ham curls
    3 exercises calves

    Day 3: off

    Day 4: Chest/bi's (varies b/c chest is lagging, so need to shock it)
    Go as heavy as possible for about 4-6 reps on chest with perfect form, stretch and contraction.
    Flat BB/incline DB/decline DB
    or
    Flat Db/Incline & decline BB
    Bi's mostly focus on exercises to develop peaks 3 exercises

    Day 5: Shoulders/traps
    6-10 rep range for 3-4 exercises shoulders
    3 exercises Heavy shrugs 6-10 reps

    Day 6: off

    Day 7: off

    *Day 6 or 7 may become a workout day while on SD

    I don't think my current diet is laughable considering my goals. Also, I have been bulking for the past 20 years of my life, it is time to get the BF back down. Since I have already started SD I would appreciate positive feedback or helpfull tips rather than "You shouldn't be on" because I can't really stop now unless I want to waste my PCT.

    i just want to ciritique your workouts. deadlifts are WAY MORE a back workout than legs, start doing them on back day. you're deadlifting, squating and leg pressing in one day, if you are doing all them very intense and pushing yourself god bless you.

    plan looks good ecto...
    my only suggestion would be to bump the cal's up a lil bit. I kno your ultimate goal is 180 at 10%, but I still think it wouldnt hurt to bump up to at least the 3500 cal range. If you see the body fat start to come on at a faster rate than it already is, just up the cardio by either frequency or length.

    You train shoulders the day after chest?.. ehh you could be askin for a shoulder problem that way

    I don't understand how you've been bulking for 20 years. Your saying you came out of the womb knowing how to run a clean high calorie diet? I feel Im in a position to comment cause Im the same age as you give or take a year and havn't even considered juice. For dropping bf I wouldn't use clen imo. Ive used it but that was for contest preperation and for a vey short time. It is quite powerful. I think a good diet and some hard work would have gotten you the same results just a little slower. As for the gear...Im drawing an anger induced blank. Here's the deal, you could probably put 30lbs of muscle on your frame with a good diet and exercise program. Or...you could spend a lot of money on steroids and maybe get similar results over the same time peroid. Quick question, whats SD stand for? Drawing another blank on this one. Maybe also consider posting up dosage amounts as the guys that run cycles would then be able to help you more. Cheers

    that is just silly. i am the same age as you yet consume 4000-5000 calories just to maintain. at our age the matabolism is so fast we are just stuggling to kkep it at bay. CONSUME MORE CALORIES. the gear would be pointless without the increased calories. you can't build a house without bricks mate.

    They are right bro....I am only 160 and I'm at 3,000 easily a day sub 10%....soon to be 4 or 5 in february and hopefuly not more than 12%

    +1.. i agree.. sometimes we try and outthink ourselves... i did this too when i first started getting serious about diets a year ago.. guess its part of our MO's wanting to be perfectitionist and all

    iv been a extreme hardgainer since i had problems and i used to concentrate on tryin to eat the perfect diet thinking it would help.but i never went over 12 stone(167lbs)

    a couple of weeks ago some one in my gym told me to eat what i want as much as possible cus im so little.iv gone up 5 lbs.dont wanna get fat but it does(at the moment)seem to be working.

    he said as long as i train properly and dont over do fats and carbs any exta weight wont hurt at all.and so iv stopped again thinking about juicing.

    its only a personal opinion but i hope it helps

    I understand about calories and bulking and diets, I was eating about 4,000 calories during my bulk up until about a month ago. The reason I was eating 2700 calories was because they are as clean as possible and I had the intentions of cutting during this cycle. I have upped the calories to about 3400 as I see the error in my ways while on cycle.

    I decided to use the SD as a clean bulk, rather than an aid in muscle retention while cutting. Like said before, my goal is 180 lbs at 10% by March, so I figure whatever my diet is now will need to stay clean in order to avoid crash dieting during February.

    I am not trying to reject anybody's opinions, but nobody is keeping in mind what I am trying to achieve. Everybody is saying bulk and eat upwards of 4000 cals/day, but I am not neccessarily trying to add that much more size, but rather to maintain muscle during this cut.

    Anyone who thinks they need 4000-5000 real calories to maintain their bodyweight needs to see a doctor for a thyroid problem.

    At your LBM it'd probably only take around 2800-3200 calories to maintain bodyweight depending on metabolism and activity level. Difference is the type of foods and calories consumed make a difference on muscle growth.

    superdrol is gonna bulk you up.
    im about to take it myself and am expecting to add 10-15 lbs at least.

    Depends on your diet, I can cut on Anadrol if needed. 10-15lbs of water sure if you eat accordingly.

    From what I have read SD is one of the better legal (or once legal) cutting steroids. I have run 1 cycle of SD alone about 1.5 years ago and it worked for cutting. IMO diet is everything for a cut, and I think it is BS when you say that because I am taking SD I will be unable to cut.

    How did this thread become so controversial? I feel like my cycle, diet and supporting supps are all in order. I stated in the third post that I know I could gain more naturally, and I although I am not ready for this cycle, I thought more of you would be supportive.

    I B D, do you think my calorie intake of 3300-3500/day will be sufficient for a clean bulk? I initially wanted to use this during my cut, but from the responses I have gotten I changed it to a clean bulk.

    my opinion is u could keep it around 3500 a day in ur case but u need to consume ALOT of protein in shakes and meals. i bought some shrimp tonight 18grams per 12 shrimps MMM MM good

    Yes 3300-3500 should be sufficient but you'll only know by trial and error.

    I'd attempt to cut out most of the supplements and stay with solid foods, do this for 4-6wks and reassess.

    If your weight is going up by lbs every week or two cut the calories back slightly because you're putting on fat/water..

    Even while on cycle I generally don't put on much more than a few lbs a month. Everyone has their own way of bulking, I prefer the slower leaner route because it's easier to retain the muscle from my experience.
    I've done the gaining 1-2lbs/wk and I lost it as fast as it came.
