I've been recently really trying to get more deffinition in my calfs and theighs and for some reason cannot find the right exercises to get the pump and feeling i want to make them bulge. I've been blessed with larger legs so i have the muscle tissue there to get the deffinition i want, just hard to get there. I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions what so ever that maybe have worked for you that could work for me. Any advice is accepted. Thanx
