    pesky legs

    I've been recently really trying to get more deffinition in my calfs and theighs and for some reason cannot find the right exercises to get the pump and feeling i want to make them bulge. I've been blessed with larger legs so i have the muscle tissue there to get the deffinition i want, just hard to get there. I was wondering if any of you have any suggestions what so ever that maybe have worked for you that could work for me. Any advice is accepted. Thanx

    My friend has a similiar problem because he holds fat on his ar$$. He doesn't run like I tell him but thats what I would try...just my 2¢.
