    I think you have a good build, Fred ... it's OK to want more, but also realize you're bigger than quite a few of us here ... if you feel you're stagnating, make some changes to your routine ... keep it up, the results will come!

    Looking solid big guy.... i wouldn't say you're not acheiving anything... you have a thick build and are far more along then alot of other bros... what are your goals?
