guys all this info is awesome i could use some advice, i am a former competitive mountainbike racer who has taken a couple of years off and i started riding again. when i started i was really out of shape already did 1 cycle of clen/t3 dropped my weight from 222 to 196 i am 37. i am ready to restart another t3/clen cycle and i was thinking about adding halo, and anavar. what i am trying to do is make alot of forward progress on strength endurance, at the same time losing weight. prettty sure that to do my best, i need to be around 165-175 any advice would be really helpful![]()
