    Imma Need Your Help Editing My Cutting Diet

    Im starting out with Tankers cutting diet but it has to be edited. I believe he was around 200 lbs and I'm sitting at 250. I do like what he had on his diet thus why I picked his. Im looking to get down to around 210 in a couple months. I would edit this myself but after weeks and weeks of reading certain stickies on this forum... my head hurt. So I am asking for help. Im guessing I need to add a few things, think you can help where?

    My supps are many and include... ECA, NO Shotgun, AMP and Vitargo CGL.

    Cardio 8:30
    1 hour Elliptical

    Meal #1-10:00am
    8 Jumbo Egg Whites...160 cal...0g fat...8g carb...48g protein
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal.......140 cal...2.5g fat...26g carb...5g protein
    1 Cup Skim Milk.........90 cal...0g fat.......13g carb....8g protein

    Meal #2-Noon
    6oz can chunklight tuna...150cal...0g fat...0g carb...35g protein
    1 Heart Romaine Lettuce...110cal...0g fat...7g carb...5g protein

    Snack-2:30pm
    1/2 cup oatmeal...140cal...2.5g fat...26g carb...5g protein

    Lift-4:45pm

    2 Scoops Elite Whey..224 cal...3g fat..5g carb...46g protein

    Meal #3-8:00pm
    8oz lean ground turkey....320 cal....14g fat...2g carb...48g protein
    1.5 cup green beans.......45 cal......0g fat....6g carb...3g protein
    8 flax seed oil caps.........80 cal......8g fat....0g carb...0g protein

    8oz chicken breast....320 cal...5g fat...0g carb...64g protein

    The diet isnt to bad actually some changes i would suggest

    Your snack is just Oatmeal you need to add some protein in that meal...

    I would drop the milk from meal 1.

    I would add some fat to meal 2.


    Are you counting carbs from green beans? You shouldnt they are negligable carbs because of the fiber content.

    You may want to increase you fat intake..

    But its not a very bad attmept

    Alright. Thanks man. Imma take that advise. Should I take a shake with the snack?

    yes u could add a shake or egg whites...

    if you use 2 scoops of whey your adding about 220 cals and 40+ grams of pro

    With ten egg white you can add 35 grams of pro with 170 cals

    I changed the time of when I lift so I need my prewo meal critiqued.
