Im starting out with Tankers cutting diet but it has to be edited. I believe he was around 200 lbs and I'm sitting at 250. I do like what he had on his diet thus why I picked his. Im looking to get down to around 210 in a couple months. I would edit this myself but after weeks and weeks of reading certain stickies on this forum... my head hurt. So I am asking for help. Im guessing I need to add a few things, think you can help where?
