I don't agree with doing chest and tri's the same day, u do chest and ur alot weaker when i comes to Tri's.
and yet people accuse me of having implants in my tri and calfs..
genetics.. go figure..

seriously just try everything under the sun for a good amount of time and you will see what really gets your body to grow. I found the front barbell laterals in high volume just BLEW up my traps where low volume heavy side dumbell raises really didn't do that much.
I'm still on my journey to find out what gets my tri's going, they lack![]()
