    Marty McFly's Cycle Log

    Hello

    I start my cycle later today. Here it is.

    1-12 Test E 500/wk
    7-14 Var 50/day
    1-14 L-dex .25/day

    PCT
    14-15 nolva 40/day clomid 100/day
    16-17 clomid 50/day
    16 nolva 30/day
    17 nolva 20/day
    18 (if necessary) 10/day

    Everyday of my life: Duta .5/EOD

    I am off to do cardio now.

    This is my first cycle in four years. First was sus 250 500/wk 2 shots. I did not know anything about cycling and did no PCT. Lost everything and stopped working out for a year. Now 3 years training hard mostly. Got a good base. Pics and more to come. I inject tonight after class. No jumpstarters for me.

    just did first inject. 1cc to the thigh. bled but not bad. pics by fri day.

    Workout routine:
    Monday

    Cardio a.m

    p.m weights

    Chest/tri

    Inc Bench BB
    Flat bench DB
    Inc flys
    Weighted dips
    CGBP
    One-arm pulldowns

    Tuesday:

    Cardio

    Wednesday: a.m cardio

    Back/bi

    Weighted pullups
    Bent over rows
    Deads
    BB curl
    Inc curl
    Hammer curl

    Thurs: Cardio

    Friday: Legs/shoulders

    Leg press
    Leg extensions and curls
    Hacks
    BB press
    side laterals
    reverse fly
    shrugs

    Knees are messed up but will phase squats in/hacks out

    Saturday: cardio

    Sunday: Gym opens at noon so no cardio so I do abs.

    Diet is posted in diet section. It is a cut but will be ramping up cals every week until I get between 4-5000. This will be done around week 4 when test is kicking in.

    Cardio will be reduced to non-lifting days.

    I am trying to get my friends digital cam and will have pics by end of week. This log will be updated every now and then for the first four weeks until the test kicks in.

    Sounds like good stuff, I am anxious to run my var. I think it will yield good results.

    I would be happy if my after shots look like your before shots. Good luck, the var should make you cut as hell.

    Thanks man. I hope my chest gets up. It is lagging. I also hold fat there real bad but that is genetics. My bro is 10%bf and has fat there. It is hard for us McFly's to get the sculpted chest. And it is not gyno I went to the doc and he said it was fat.

    If your worried about the small amount of fat, you could try lipodissolve. It's like 300 dollars per session, and for a small amount of fat it works good, I had it done the other day to take care of some fat build up in my chest. It works good, no down time, just a few injections. Takes about 2 weeks to see results.

    I will look into that. I will see how cycle goes and might give it a whirl.

    3rd shot last night. Went into left thigh and hit something that made my leg spasm and had to pull out but went up leg and went in fine.

    Yeah I have had that happen, where I stick the needle in and my leg will kick a little, feels kind of funny. Unless there is pain, I just continue.

    Good to play it safe then. Why are you on duta for life? You don't look like you have thin hair. From what I can see there are no bald spots either.

    I see the starting phases of thinning on the top of my head. Just want to nip it in the bud.

    Yes. I will post more as the cycle progresses. I am just about to finish week 2. I will post a lot more when the test kicks in. should be about 2-4 weeks at the longest. I will show 6 10 12 14 16 week pics also.

    We started our cycle within 5 days of each other, so we should see ours kick in roughly around the same time. I will be interested to see the results.

    I wanted something at the end to hold me over until pct started. Next time I will just do prop because I do not mind injections.

    I wish I had opted for a prop kickstart. Next time, Test Prop and Eq.

    I am just going to do prop the whole cycle next time. I think I will do:

    1-8 Prop 75-100/day
    1-8 Var 75/day depending on how I like it.

    Or maybe

    1-10 test P 100mg/ED
    1-10 Primo 100/ED
    2-10 var 75/day

    Not sure I still have a long way to go.
