yup.. chase with a flavored drink like juice or something.. tastes like straight rubbing alchol..

That's what you do. I chase mine with skim milk or juice in the morning.

so am i wierd if i mix it in a shot glass with water then chase it after the shot?

I use an oral syringe. Just make sure your dose is right and go for it.
