    how is this split

I believe it is stupid to train legs all in one day. Example being doing your quads and hams and calves all together. I believe that these are all individual muscle groups that shoudlnt be jumbled in one session. My plan is to train like this
    Chest calves
    back hams
    quads tris
    shoulders bis.

I feel like this split will be good and i have evrything seperated pretty well away from each other such as bis and back and my tris and chest. What do you guys think of the split. Flame away please.

I have tried many splits over the years and have concluded its what you feel comfortable doing on the same day, go with it and if you feel it works for you then great.

I would say keep the legs to all the same day. Then you can experiment with doing chest/tris, or chest/bis, back/tris, etc. It just seems kinda pointless to divide up legs to seperate days. That would be like doing incline bench one day, then doing decline bench another day, the point is to exhaust the muscle to stimulate muscle growth.
