I sometimes like to do a simple 3 day split. Meaning:
Mon.-- Chest/ Shoulders/ Tris
Wed.-- Back/ Bi
Fri.-- Legs
(Core work on each workout)
Trying to incorporate as many heavy compounds as possible in each workout. At this time I am starting a cycle of 600mg test-e per week. My friend who is a trainer tells me that while on cycle I should be lifting 5-6 days a week and trying to isolate specific muscle groups. I can see the logic in that, yet it seens to me that my 3 day split could work well for me as well( I havent done this split for long time).My goal is to bulk on this cycle.
So my question to you bros is what do you think about this. Is there a specific split that you prefer? Thanks in advance for the help!!![]()
