it's all in the belly... the belly never leaves... i hink with the excess skin it will be surgery time... never let yourself get fat if you can help it... it's a slow and painful (emotionally) road back.

I hear yah i have lost weight (not as much as you) and i still have a small spare tire around my belly i still have 5-10 lbs to go and its just getting harder. i might have resort to a better diet more cardio and maybe some chemical help but its so hard to diet in the summer.

Bro your doing fine! There's no reason to be upset about anything just channel that into your workouts! Losing weight is not easy unless your blessed with great genetics - for those of us who were not - that means we just have to work harder thats all! Your making great progress bro - keep hitting it hard!
Saint I know what you mean when it come too extra skin. Your right never let your self go. Being fat is hard then loosing the weight is great but your left with extra skin it's the worst to deal with.

u can gain easaly fat and u have problems loosing it. am i right?
u have to watch what u eat, write down on paper everything u eat.
count everything. do cardio in the morning. and u will get some results.
for your body type the best diat is 40-40-30
