i have been doing 45 mins of cardio every day keeping my heart rate under 140. that usually equals about 3.5 miles and about 420 cals. burnt. i usualy dont break a sweat until about 20 mins into the workout; i dont feel tired or spent after i'm done; but i feel good i am 19 6'2" 210 lbs around 20% bf
