I have been carb cycling for the past 2 months. I have been receiving good results. I have a high carb, low carb, ketosis, and carb load day.
I'm thinking about calorie cycling...and obviously lowering the cals on off days. my maintenance cals are just under 3,600 kcals. Right now on workout days I have it dialed in at 3,068 cals and 2,826 on off days. My goal is to get down to 9-10% BF and stay there year round.
First off, do those cals look ok and would a carb up day every sunday be beneficial...I would imagine I'm taking in around 4,000 cals on carb load days of WW pasta, oats, yams, chicken, eggwhites, tuna.
