    Pizza Pizza Pizza!

Well, today marks the new begininng. I haven't had a friggn cheat meal in over 5 years. Nothing. SO obviously it's playing havoc on my familt relationshio, etc. because I bring my own food. Purely dedidcated or purely stupid. Who knows. But I have also had a pretty horrid disease that took competel control over my life. So, Ive gone to 4 therapy sessions and subsscribed some good RX and am feeling much much better.

So my pop calls me and says, you say you are getting better right? I want you to enjoy a meal with me.....I want you to get a few pizzas for the family tonight and eat with us. GULP......but guess what, I have to break this damn thing once and for all. I'll prob feel 100x better for it then its back to clean diet all week. So what do you think? Do you guys ever indulge? Stupid setback? Can't imagine it having any effect on me physically............

Bro, we are here on this earth to enjoy our lives too. I lift because I enjoy it. So without knowledge of the disease you speak of. Try 1 cheat meal a week. Your abs will be fine bro!

Good luck and keep us posted.

dude, seriously, there are posts made daily about people and their cheat meals and cheat habits so why ask these questions? i havent posted on any of your other threads because you always ask and post the same things and you have a relationship with other members where they really try and reach out to you but i gotta post to this one. yes people cheat. you said your getting help and on meds for your issues so why not try and make the effort to change? you just posted how you were going to cheat and how your lifestyle is negatively effecting your familial relationships and then wrapped up the post asking whether it should be done. which is it? are you making an effort to heal yourself or is this going to fall into the category of your other posts where its always back and forth? i want to see you succeed as i do everyone but this is annoying. eat the food and move forward with your life cause it dont last forever. illnesses like your's tend to cause major health setbacks for people as they age. please, eat the pizza.

Do it up Columbus. Enjoy the f'in food bro. You're too worried about your "physique" and detrimental effects of a cheat. Don't worry about it bro...with a little extra bf on you, aside from any health benefits, your physique will look better!

Enjoy the 'za!! Five years bro....this'll be a great accomplishment for you!

I cheat after my 6 day routine usually sat night and a huge breakfast sun morning. I feel i deserve it somewhat? I don't go out and get hammered ever maybe new years or a justifiable occasion. thats probably worse for your body than a deep dish double supreme stuffed crust sheet pizza. what ever the case you feel like crap from both of them the next day right?

Don't do it, you've gone this long without a huge gut and your going to blow it on a few slices of pizza? Seriously, are you even going to wake up in the morning and be able to look at yourself in the mirror after a meal like that? Come on, how many people do you know that have "your" kind of body? Isn't that what sets you apart? Your ripped abs and toned, lean body? My advice - eat some wheat thins and call it a night.

Alright, I'm not trying to an A$$ but come on man give yourself some credit. Are you afraid that you don't have what it takes to burn off those extra calories? You're better than such a petty worry.

Face your fears. You'll live to see another day.

Obviously multiple people have given this guy the same advice. Maybe he just needs to hear it from a different angle. Just trying to help someone who needs a little push. Either do it, or don't. No need to constantly drag the people around you (family, friends, AS) into a repetitive cycle that only one person has control over. This guy has a lot of self control to go 5 years without a cheat meal. No need for a stadium of people to cheer on a guy to eat a slice of pizza.
