I'd retitle the diet "Mega Fat Diet".

2lbs of meat at one sitting? Are you serious? Also why even bother with the morning cardio with a diet like that.

What are your stats? Goals etc from eating like this?

Need to see macros to comment properly. That diet will make you fat as hell. Drop all the sugary crappy mass drinks and replace with real foods.
you need to work out cals needed to maintain (google harris benedict equation or check my "things to consider" thread in sig) then work your diet around that.

I was as heavy as 15st on anadrol and that wasnt all water retention, so i want to get back to that weight or a bit heavier all be it a bit fat, then il cut down. At the moment my stats are: 18, 6ft, 14st 4lbs.

Are their any positives to come from this diet at all?

Pro MR's are high quality protein meal replacements made by cnp. Im adding scoops of pro-fuel to them to bulk up the carbs, and the calories.

I need the meat for the protein and calories, but what else should i use if i cant eat 2lbs in one go?

Im asking you lot because your hear to help. I appreciate the comments and remarks being made.

I know about pro MRs, and I am doubting that dorain yates ever used them! They are just another overpriced protein and sugar drink like all the others. Chuck them in the trash. You are lighter than me at the moment and I would consume less cals to maintain than this.

is my diet I used to maintain (in fact I put on muscle while on it). The protein is spread out evenly throughout the day so there is no need to have any HUGE meals. Take some time to work out macros and cals needed. Spending 2 hours working out a good diet will benefit you for years to come as you can just adjust the original diet as you go.
The idea of cramming cals down you and getting fat then cutting is pretty outdated and unhealthy IMO. Muscle will be gained as long as you are over the maintenance cals (adjust as you go).
