Hey, first post, i've been lingering for a while. I have a question about pain while lifting... I'm 280 lbs (like 30% bf down from 300 lbs @ 40%), and i can do 10 x 3 sets of dips with just my weight. The problem is... its hurts like hell. I would like to be able to add weight, and it feels like i have the muscle to do it, but my elbows and shoulders hurt when I do them. I can bench 245x5 without a pain, so I dont get it. Anyone have any tips, or know of any supliments that would help my joints? Naturally I also have a problem with my knees when I run, and i can still pull out a 9 min mile.
