    Double Bicep Q's?

I have been working my biceps twice a week for a while along with other body parts and eveything seems to be growing with the exception of the bi's.
Since the Biceps are smaller they need more time to recover right?
Also, who works them once a week and who works them twice and what are the advantages of either?

it all depends on your body ......they might grow for him one day a week and for some one else he might need 3 days a week.....just experiment with that a bit and see what works for you the best......in my case i have to work them 3 times a week for my bis to grow.....i know it seem like over training and every one tell me but the tape measure tell me other wise......now im not saying go train 3 times a week , im just saying that i had to find the combo that worked best for me....thats the advice i give you....

and also remember if you stick to the same exact routine for too long your body will get used to it and wont grow....you need to change it up from time to time....that involves reps weight and type of work out....hope that helps

Wouldn't twice a week be a bit of over training?

I believe that everyone is different and finding the perfect routine takes a lot of time and trial and error.
