the diet is not TERRIBLE, but it's definitely not going to get you where you want to be. at 18% i'd attempt to drop your bf%. but this doesn't mean eating as little as you are now. you need to rely more on whole foods. i'd start here to get the basics:

second of all, your "cycle" has me questioning your knowledge of proper aas use. i realize you got this from your clinic, but are you running those dosages in an attempt to build muscle? just saying, at 200mg/w of cyp and deca you're not going to see much if anything. please elaborate more as to what your goals are/reasons for running that dosage.
