    Talking Cutting/Lean mass diet (Marcos inc)

    I could really use some input on my current diet from some pros. After readong other posts I think I might not be eating enough but my main goal is to get lean.I didnt list the macros beacuse i dont really know how, so some genaral input would be solid.Im trying to lean out while still adding as much muscle as possible. Im 30 years old, 6' and about 200lbs with about 18% bf. Im taking 2.4 IUs GH 5/2, 200 mg cypinaite-200mg deca weekly (thats all my clinic would give).

    1st meal-
    1 cup eggology
    1 piece ezekial bread
    1 tbs PB, Multi vita,1000 mg arginine,1tbs super green,320 mg saw palmetto
    Protien 35 gr, Carbs 21gr, Fat 8 gr, Calories 300

    2nd meal-
    6 oz chicken or fish
    4oz veggies
    1 cup rice
    Protien 48 gr, Carbs 40 gr, Fat 4 gr, Calories 340

    3rd meal-
    isopure zero carb pre-made drink
    1 Perfect foods protien bar
    Protien 55 gr, Carbs 26 gr, fat 10 gr, Calories 460

    (Workout)

    4th meal-
    6 oz chicken or fish
    1 cup rice
    Protien 48 gr, Carbs 40 gr, Fat 4 gr, Caolries 340

    5th meal-
    2 scoops isopure zero carb(40 gm pro) 5 gm glutamine,600 mg NAC
    Protien 40 gr, Carbs 0 gr, Fat 0 gr, Calories 160

    Daily Totals: Protien 226 grams, Carbs 127 Grams, Fat 26 grams, Total calories 1600

    This is my first time on here so any educated input would be greatly apprecaited.

    the diet is not TERRIBLE, but it's definitely not going to get you where you want to be. at 18% i'd attempt to drop your bf%. but this doesn't mean eating as little as you are now. you need to rely more on whole foods. i'd start here to get the basics:

    second of all, your "cycle" has me questioning your knowledge of proper aas use. i realize you got this from your clinic, but are you running those dosages in an attempt to build muscle? just saying, at 200mg/w of cyp and deca you're not going to see much if anything. please elaborate more as to what your goals are/reasons for running that dosage.

    List macronutrients per meal and totals for day, that means list your Prot/carb/and fat contents and total calories.

    As far as my "cycle" goes, my goals are to to pack on some musle while getting rid of this layer of fat I have. My blood work showed my test levels were very good so the clinic didnt even initially want to give me test and deca and when they did agree they said they would only give me 10 mg of each and then after taking time off they would give me 10 mg again. I can also get Anavar of 50 mg a week for 6 weeks if you think that woul help or I can get higher doses of GH. Thanks for your help.

    just some advice man ... no one is gonna help you until you list all of the macros for all your foods .... just takes a little work.

    You're freakin starving yourself bro, I know woman who eat more than 1600 calories/day and they weigh under 150lbs.

    I see way too many supplement in your diet, eat more whole foods and get your metabolism working again, at this point you've probably basically shut it down and the energy you're using is coming from your body burning your existing muscle tissue..
    I'd change this up, ASAP!

    How much more calories and protien do you think I should shoot for?

    With your bodyweight and LBM I'd start at around 2500 and slowly work your way down.
    Maybe something like this split into 5-6meals with minimal supplements.
    Prot - 350
    Carb - 200
    Fats - 50
