Milk with protein shake or water?

Which do you prefer or use

I used to always mix mine with milk, but heard its better for you to mix with water, if ur looking to be ripped.
Milk tends to bloat you up.

    What does everyone else think

I agree with you. Milk (all dairy) bloats me a little more than water.

milk bloats you and it impedes fast digestion which is impotant for PWO shake.

i use milk with whey only before bed for a slow release protein

I always use fat free milk or 2% but I am not cutting.

The carbs in milk are mostly processed sugar I hear so that is why they can be bad unless it is PWO. Dairy is generally a no no for someone really trying to lose BF.

Just depends on your goals really.

milk is great for you all around. forget the bloat it gives you, its minimal. cut sodium out and you'll shed water anyway. milk still does a body good.

I mix my shake with milk, my protein is chocolate peanut butter and tastes awsome with milk. but i also drink about 2 liters of milk a day lol....iv been doing it since i was about 5, i can never get enough milk! the bloat for me isnt bad, i dont really notice a bloat, all i notice is a bit of a softer look.
