Looking for clean lean mass. I bloat easily. Don't like how many protein shakes are in there suggestions are appreciated. I'm 6' 190 w/ 12 percent body fat.
Meal 1 - Syntha 6 Protein Shake w/ oatmeal [550 cal/15fat/57carb/49prot]
Meal 2 - Tuna w/ Broccoli [255 cal/5fat/6carb/45prot]
Meal 3 - Grilled chicken w/ sweet potatoe [270 cal/3.5 fat/14 carb/46prot]
Meal 4 - PWO Nutrition (Syntha 6 w/ dextrose) [550 cal/12 fat/80 carb/44 pro]
Meal 5 - Grilled chicken, broccoli, sweet potatoe [295 cal/3.5fat/18carb/49 prot]
Meal 6 - (Not fond of this meal suggestions are appreciated) Syntha 6 protein shake [400 cal/12 fat/30 carb/44 prot]
Total cal- 2320 (not enough because calculator said i should be getting close to 3500)
Total Prot - 277
Total Carb - 205
Total Fat - 51
Like i said any advice or suggestions is appreciated, all the supplements reccomended in forums are on hand...EFA's , Multivitamin (animal pack), L-Glutamine, and Natural Test Pack (makers of animal pack)
