I hate tuna, I put in a little fat free ranch, or fat free mayo in it. But try albacore, its alittle more pricey but not so harsh of a taste. I just suck it up and eat 6 cans of the crap everyday, the cheap stuff. Just gotta keep eating it until its second nature. Also the tuna packs that say they are in water arent full of water so the taste isnt so bad, and the smell isnt there either. Hope that helps. I hear ya though it was gross

bulking- one spoonful of tuna and then drink something else, or eat some of whatever you're eating with the tuna.

I eat tuna steaks, use whatever seasoning you'd like while cooking.
Isn't my first choice when choosing protein to eat.

  13. #13
How do you make a "steak" out of them ?

  14. #14
You buy them in the fish market or at the grocery store, they are "tuna steaks".. I'd NEVER eat that shit they put in the can, fuking sick shit loaded with sodium and who knows what else.

    Oh ok.

I drain my shit and rinse it but I end up losing 25% of the tune that was in there.

I'd eat cat food before I'd eat that shit.

It's not clean fish bro, it's the bottom of the barrel and the left overs IMO.
Kinda like eating fishsticks without the breading or sausage instead of steak.

I don't eat alot of tuna anymore, but when I do I just add some fat free mayo to it.

Love adding onion, red or green peppers, and celary to it aswell.

Damn, never thought it was that bad. Ugh.

I was gonna buy some steaks but I usually just buy chicken and lean ground beef, since it can be used in all my favorite foods. Hope ground beef aint worse than I thought. its like 93% or 97% lean.

If you have the money it's better to buy the cuts, otherwise you'll obviously spend less buying anything ground. Only way I buy ground beef if it's ground sirloin and farm raised/hormone free/steroid free animals etc..
Again, you get what you pay for but as much meat as I eat on a daily basis I believe it'll pay off in the long run. I'll spend the money now rather than have health problems in the future the way I see it.

How do you know where the meat comes from and everything like that though ? I guess ask the butcher....?

I rarely buy steaks, mostly because of the price and I dont know a lot of ways to prepare steak but, I should probly learn and spend some extra money on it.

Go to the meat section and get "laura's lean beef" or Jenno's Turkey etc..
They are a bit more expensive but the taste is much cleaner, I can tell a difference between the two personally.

Easy to find, just go check out the meat dept and look around for a bit and read the labels.
Kinda like Tyson's chicken "100% natural, no hormones added" etc.. shit like that.

Faiz you sick bastard, that's like eating a girl on her rag, it's just NASTY lol
