    Whey Shakes

Ok ... so this is stupid and sorry to waste your time but my friend wanted to ask a question .... he wants to have only whey shakes and salad for weight loss .... that's it! What will his results be if he does this .... besides if he works out, passing out from his lack of carbs and nutrients!
    Thanks fellas

Hell lose weight if he eats only that and does cardio/lifting, but there is better ways to do it than that.

Actually whey is considerably cheaper than real protein, kinda makes you think you get what you pay for.
Get a 20lbs bag of whey for like 30-40bux or 2lbs of steak for the same price?

Beef goes from anywhere from 5-20$/lb depending on the cut. Point was that whey costs pennies to make and they sell it for dollars, Supplement companies have been making fortunes off the stuff for years, that's why they have major athletes (which don't even use supplements) backing their products.

im a person who never really feels full when eat anyway so i just eat food to keep my appetite down. the only time I drink a shake is just right after a workout. this helps my when am cutting so i won't overeat later.

^^ Probably will get stomach discomfort...'the shits' like beast mentioned.

Muscle loss from not providing adequate carbs/fat.

    Weakness for the above reason.

    And ultimately a slowed metabolism.

    ...imo

There are a lot better ways lose weight.

And better ways to use whey in a fatloss program.
