Do you work traps w/ your back or w/ your shoulders, what works best from your experience?
I work them with my shoulders. I always feel traps when doing shoulder exercises.

Me too. When working traps I really don't feel other muscle groups getting in on the motion so with shoulders make the most sense. I know forearms play a huge role because of grip but can you overtrain forearms if you do hammercurls on another day?
I do mine with back and shoulders. I find I like training them twice a week works well for me since they are kinda stubborn.
I hit them with back. My shoulder day is 2 days after my back day. Deadlifts really destroy my traps..and I like throwing 3 sets or so of some barbell shrugs after that and theyre good. If I hit them 2 days after with shoulders, they are still broken down from being hit by deads and I just find it counter productive. Done both ways and I like hitting them on back day better.
