How much nolvadex in a cycle of test e 500 mg a week affect gains. My nipples started to hurt and i can see them throught my shirt, how much nolva should i run and at what dosages, and do they affect only water weight or all gains on cycle.

who cares if they affect gains or not...whatever "gains" you would have without it (or something similar) would likely be bloat anyhow...and would you rather have babies clawing for your chest all the time? if nolva is all you have, start at 10mg/day and assess tolerance/sides...take it to 20mg and so forth...

besides, the only thing about nolva is it's effects on igf-1 levels, and the real-world gains we're talking about here are negligible in my opinion...

have you tried arimidex, that may help. You may even need to look into getting some letro.
