    Begginner Questions

    Whats up fellas im 19, 6''1' and 146lbs..ive been working out pretty damn hard for the past year, coming from 135 of jack $hit, using proteins, gakik, and other supplements. I probably have noticed under 10 lbs of muscle gains. I know plenty of people my age using AAS and I really want to use them..regardless of my age. (Im 6"1' so im not worried about capping my growth) So what do you reccomend to start off with?? Don't care about injections or orals. Im not planning on being on them for more than a couple cycles, i just want a solid muscle gain so i can continue working out but I want to see some quick results. Please don't try to tell me im too young or too inexperienced..I really don't care anymore, im determined to use them, i just want some advice on which ones would be best for my situation. Preciate it in advance.

    Bro, you know what the answer is.
    (1) You're too young. Why do I say this...Because you really are TOO YOUNG. Its not about stunting your height...Its about permanently damaging your own hormonal system. Its still developing and to be honest, you have a shit load of natural test floating around
    (2) I know you can gain more weight...You seem to forget that some of us were 6'3", 160 lbs at one point. You're acting like we wouldn't understand. Trust me...Post your diet and I will prove it to you.

    But even just a few cycles can really mess up my sytem?? How bad of damage can it honestly do??(Not a retorical question) I mean I've got plenty of buddies usin em. I dont have a structured diet..i just try to eat as healthy as I can w/o forgeting meats and such.. On average im eating a normal egg, bacon, grits breakfast// chicken, steak, or fish for lunch and dinner, throwing some salads and starches in there.. i take mulit-v's, plenty of protein, i just dont see the results..

    You dont have a structured diet and yet you want to venture in AAS use, not a good idea. Also considering your age and stats, AAS is the last thing you want to be thinking about.

    Your diet and training are the determining factors in how much you gain, naturally or when using AAS. So IMO it would be in your best interest to look at these two aspects to a higher degree, and make the necessary changes to spurt growth.

    Take this time to research and educate yourself on as many aspects of BB as possbile, AAS use, proper cycling, proper diet, and proper training. Stay natural for a couple years, and continue your research and in time you will have a more profound knowledge of AAS, and then you will be ready to run a proper cycle.

    IMHO you have a loooooonnnnnggg way to go before you should even
    consider juice at all. I'm 6'2" and didn't start cycling until I was 220lbs.
    What you really need to do is eat, eat, eat, eat!!!!!!!!

    If you can't gain weight naturally then AAS wont help you, get the idea out of you're head! With those stats nobody in their right mind would EVER recommend you to use steroids.

    9am
    2 eggs
    1 peice of bacon
    2 vaginas

    12pm
    Etc etc.

    I guarantee we can put weight on you!

    Ill make you a deal. Post your diet and training. If i look at them and they are 100% spot on ill give you some good advice on AS cycle. If you post a load of crap ill give you advice on diet and training. Hows that sound?

    you could prob eat and diet right up to 185 by summer.....whats your situation like; college, home, elsewhere....cause you prob have it easier than most people on here.

    lose the expensive supps too....protein, creatine, multi-v and bcaa's are all you really need to start.

    This is how you MUST eat to grow naturally or taking steroids! I guarantee your not gaining any muscle b/c youre not eating like suggested here!! Your way too young and nobody just does a "couple" of cycles...you know how many times ive heard that and then its ten cycles later. You need to finish maturing and work on growing naturally. Its amazing the kind of gains you can get just by working on your diet and eating correctly..Im not even get into the possible problems that you put yourself at risk for my taking steroids at your age and weight!!

    the trend of newbies asking for advice on aas in almost every post without searching is becoming aparent in my less then one month as a member and 3 months total lurking, I dunno how the vets and mods cope, especially with all that test in their system...

    Search! Thats fine If your not gonna follow the guidelines set forth, most probably dont, hell probably 80% or more, but If people are determined to use without anyone elses regard why did you come to ask for help or advice in the first place? You can get all the knowledge you need by searching and no one will be able to give you shyt cause they wont know ur using.....

    I'm not for every single rule in the book on using myself but Im not going to blatently disrepect the long time members of the forum who are knowledgable and trying to help on the topic....

    you lose the bet, that diet is so far from being 100% its on another planet. My mum eats more than that. Check the "things to consider" FAQ in my sig. It has some info on working out a good diet.
    If you cannnot be bothered to sort that diet then you are in the wrong sport. Forget AS for now and think about it again when you have been lifting and eating properly for a couple of years.

    Thats prob barely over 2000 cals/day! bro u need to b eating about 6 to 8 meals a day and getting 3000-4000 cals. Check out the diet forum. I thought my diet was in check but then i went to the diet forum and really got my diet in check and in one month ive put on about 10 lbs or so. u can put on 10 or 15 lbs with food only in the same amount of time as ur cycle. Not trying to flame just trying to help out

    yes youre diet sucks..taking steroids with that diet at any age will not give you any results..steroids arent a crutch or a magic pill, you should only consider them after many years of training and working on your diet

    Seriously man if you ate like that diet in the link we gave you you'd grow just as fast as you would on juice right now. 146lbs at 6'1 is a beanpole...you're underweight so you'd grow like a weed

    Hahaha..good shit...well i was planning to change the diet once i got real serious..my old diet was pretty strict..up to about 3-3.5k calories but im just gonna bulk on food and supplements for a while and see how it goes..thanks for all the help

    I was really skinny as a teen too, but beefed up a lot in my 20s naturally. Your metabolism will slow down in a few years and you'll gain whether you're trying or not.

    you need to work out how many cals it takes you to maintain then start upping them from there. You can find that out using info from the link i gave you earlier. Just as a matter of interest, I am shorter than you, i have a slow metabolism and i can cut on 3000 cals. So you may want to adjust that bulking total.

    even if you did take the gear, which you probably will, your diet isnt good enough, so you'll waste your money, gain maybe 10 pounds and lose about 5 pounds for a few hundred dollars. Spend it on a personal trainers or a shitload of magazines concerning nutrition.
