    Need Help

    How long should i take a DHT inhibitor (duta,propecia, or any other--i am open for reccomendations) before starting my cycle of test?

    You can load duta by taking three pills (1.5g) a day for ten days and then 1 pill for the rest and you will be good to go by the 10th day.

    That is for full duta protection. I only use one pill EOD. Search "Duta Dosage" I made a thread that has a lot of info on dosing and has a chart and write-up.
