I have what i consider larger nipples and qwhen they are not hard it appears i have excess chest fat, but when they are hard i look tight/ripped as all hell...Are there any serious things i can do or take to keep my nips hard? seriously!

could be mild case of gyno,,, i have big nips, but thats prolly due to gyno,, feel around nips, if a solid mass behind em could be gyno,, or could be BF depending on percentage

you could lick your finger and rub them in circles or slightly pinch them, but that might look odd in the office place.
