Thread: time on = time off

    time on = time off

    i did a 14 week cycle of sust/deca
    wk1-14: 500mg/wk sust
    wk1-8: 300mg/wk deca

i started pct 18 days after last injection and ran pct for 30 days.
i did my last injection mid october and ended pct the end of november.

i recently had a blood test and everything fell in the normal range.
im planning on starting a cycle again and just want to make sure i had enough time off. i was hoping to start up again at the earliest the beginning of march or mid april at the latest. im pretty eager to start up again. when do u think it's ok for me to cycle again? should i include my pct in "time on"

good good. it has been nearly 15 weeks since my last injection and my cycle was 14 weeks. would most of you classify that as time on = time off?

It depends on the bloodwork results. If it came out ok, I guess u can start right away.
I posted the same question few days ago.

    Agree 100%

But if your blood work shows that you have recovered fully, then you should be ok to run another cycle.

Personally I'd still stick to the time on + pct = time off.
