    Clenbuterol

    I will be starting a cycle of clenbuterol here soon, and was wondering what you guys recommend for a dosage schedule for maximum fat-domination? also any other supplements i should take with this, cuz this is my first time taking it!

    Any advice in helpful, thank you

    it worked well 4 me at 3times a day about 5 hours between doses start at 20-40 mcg per dose and ibncrease as high as u can take it with out being to jittery about evert 3rd or 40rth week u might want 2 use sum benadryl be4 bed to refresh ur beta receptors cuz if u dont it will lose its effect

    Most people will use clenbuterol 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. I have done that and it worked well. I was on clen for a total of 6 weeks with good results. I started off at 20mcgs and got up to about 120mcgs before the sides started to kick in. Make sure to drink lots of water (for muscle cramps) and supplement taurine.

    read perfectbeats clen faq.. . if the sides are too much .. lower the dosage or discontinue.. watch your heart rate too brotha..

    i hate clen and never will touch that crap again..IMO there are better and safer fat burners out there. Watch your heart rate mine was 120 beats/minute on 100 mcgs after 6 days...NOT GOOD..thats heart damage in the making! Just be careful

    moral of the story, don't run clen at 100mcgs for 6 days straight. Its far better, particularly for your heart, to ladder it. Personally, i never run clen passed 80mcgs, even when laddering. No need to. But it does seem to be varied form person to person..

    Thank you all for your input, im going ahead with taking it to kickstart my 12wk transformation. I finally got my diet up to par and i consistenly been working out! I appreciate all your input, thank you very much!!

    actually i didnt run 100 mcgs for 6 days straight..i started at 20 mcg and went by 20 mcg each day, day 5 was 100, day 6 was 100...heart rate was through the roof...stopped the shit right away...had EKG and it came back abnormal!! Fortunately, my EKG is normal again, but that shit scared the shit out of me
