What do you guys think? drug test positive

Yesterday i made a thread telling people how i got drug tested for a job and came up positive for EQ. After looking at my paperwork i noticed that there is a section on the receipt that they gave me that describes what they tested for ( it was a 5 panel test for *Edited* recreational drugs) It does not say anything about anabolic steroids. Do you guys think this could be an illegal search? Seems to me it goes against my rights? Any info would be much appreciated

I doubt they actually tested you for steroids for pre-employment purposes. One this is very expensive and I have yet to see any company have basic testing for this, even in the police dept. Looks like they just thought twice about hiring you..... Sounds like BS.

the strange part is they knew i was on EQ though...

its a common drug for users, lucky guess at best? If they did actually run tests for other drugs than what you consented to there may be grounds for legal recourse, maybe even discrimination.

do the steroid cleaning thing, one of the forums on here and demand for a retest. Just show passion for the job and that there is a terrible mistake being made, and that you are a reputable character who doesn't use illegal substances and blah blah blah. And see if that works, if not good luck with whatever else you got up your sleeve.

i allready though about using the cleanser... but its a hair sample test that they got me on

Depends on the employer if they test for steroids. If you really think you have a case against them ( you do not) go talk to a lawyer.

Can you tell us what job type this was for? Might be helpful for others out there that are applying for similar positions. This is the first ive heard of testing for AAS.

Was it for a law enforcement job? I'm waiting for notification to take my drug screen, I just started cypionate and dbol on saturday

yes it was are they taking hair samples for youre drug screen? if so id stop the dbol

The info I received said urinalysis, but I don't know if they would try to trick you, and why the dbol?

well i know the dbols structure is simmilar to EQ so i would assume they could find it in youre hair.. they didnt find testosterone in my hair im assuming because its a natural accuring hormone
