I read in the cutting thread that fibrous vegetables don't impact the blood as bad as other carbs. Can anyone else agree? My real question is, can I eat however much broccoli and cauliflower as I want and not count the calories into my diet?

no you cant eat as much as you want, although the portions would be pretty large for both these vegetables they still must fit in with your macros.
