ok after a while of looking up several articles about keto diets i finally have one that seems to be good please can someone help me on it though if it needs to add or take away anything( should i throw another scoop of isopure zero carb powder( 25 grams protein no carbs or fat) in my first meal ?

meal 1-2 whole eggs,some chicken or steak, 2 slices american cheese
meal 2-1 can tuna 1 tablespoon mayo
meal 3-(after workut meal)1 can tuna with 1 table spoon mayo,2 scoops isopure zero carb protein powder
meal 4-chicken or steak with broccoli
meal 5-chicken or steak
meal 6 - 1 scoop isopure zero carb protein
is this a good diet to loose weight and keep or maybe even gain a lil mass?........saturdays i wil have a cheat day .......and some days ill throw in some peanu butter
