i heard many interseting reports about cla?.......does it work good ?.....i am trying to cut and lse body fat and i am planning on taking 7 grams of it a day is this too much .....will tking less make me lose more weight?

IMO, CLA is a great supplement. 7 grams may be a little much, not to mention expensive. I usually eat 3 meals and consume 4 protein drinks a day. I use 1 gram of CLA and 1 gram of flax with each drink. Good luck. BTW, who do you play ball for?
