What is a good Cutting Macro Ratio?

I just can't make up my mind on what macro ratio to do for my cutting diet. I have everything else in line, just need to decide on the ratio. I am around 15% BF and would like to get down to under 10% at least (if not lower). I have a 3 on,1 off workout split and do at least 45min of med-intensity cardio daily.

The cutting sticky is a ratio of around
    55/24/20

I don't think I could function on that low of carb intake, so I would prefer not to use that.

The two options that I am considering are:

    45/35/20
    1.32g of protein per LBM

    or

    50/35/15
    1.47g of protein per LBM

Is going down to 15% fat bad? Also, could I possibly go down to 30% carbs? I will modify the ratios as needed after starting. I might also get some Ketosticks to see how far down I could take the carbs without Ketosis.

    Thanks in advance

Yes I do think it will make a difference because I don't cut very easily and I didn't want to waste time on a ratio that would see no results. If you don't want to give advice, fine, I guess I will just start with 45/35/20 and go from there.
