Letro before my cycle?? Do I need AI in PCT

I am going to be running a cycle in 2 weeks. 23 M 1st Cycle 5'9" 192lbs 13-14%bf. I am running 500mg Test E for 10-12 weeks. I have Letro to run during cycle at .25mgs. I have Nolva and Clomid for PCT. 2 questions for you guys. Do I need to start running letro for a week before my cycle starts, and should I get an AI also for PCT like aromasin, or armidex? Or is clomid and Nolva good enough? It is my first cycle and I am only running Test E, no orals or anything else. I am also going to Front load the first week at 1000mgs.

I think, since there is so much conflicting ideas on PCT, that you will need to find what works for you. For my first cycle and PCT, I'm running A-dex up until the start of PCT and Aromasin/Nolvadex for PCT (although many recommend running HCG with that combo). If this PCT doesn't work well for me I'll try the nolva and clomid combo next go around. I've read that if you are running an AI during PCT (with nolva) than you want to stick with aromasin as nolvadex will lower the blood plasma levels of both letro and a-dex. I concur... although if you need to run letro at any point i would stop use of the nolva..

Bino said in his GYNO thread that Letro isnt a bad AI and that its good to have it already in your system incase you start getting gyno sides, thats Why I decided .25mgs of letro. Also It says to keep running your original AI if other than letro, if you start getting gyno symptoms because letro might take awhile to hit your system and you dont wanna be without any for a few days. Thats why I thought it might be benificial to start it before cycle? Anyone???

You can start before your cycle but there is no real reason to. Letro is very fast acting and if you have any gyno symptoms at all you can slowly move your way up from .25 mgs to 2.5 mgs and back down, and most likely you'll be completely gyno free. I wouldnt front load.

Y not frontload??? And do you think I should use armidex instead of Letro?

I would use arimidex during cycle, then if gyno does appear then go with the letrozole.

Yeah im going to buy some ldex now so it will be here when I get back. Im going on a 9 day vacation starting tommorow so Im wait until I get back to start, Driving from Iowa to Witchita, then to Phoenix, then to Huntington Beach, then to Vegas, then back to Iowa. Ive made the drive a few times, It sucks, Lots of shakes and tuna packs to keep the food going, Cant get tempted by those fast food places.
