i have been powerlifting since i was in high school but i just within the last year started focusing on my other body parts. i.e. Bi's
as i stated in my sd log, i dont really care as much about getting bigger as i care about getting stronger, even though im aware size will come as im getting stronger and i certainly dont have any objection to getting bigger! haha![]()
im definately not as cut up as i normally would be but im willing to sacrifice some cuts so i can put on some size and strength. this is also my first time not posing in front of the mirror; i can definately improve on my posing. esp. my back pose: i was getting no squeeze and not showing any detail.
i would say my weakest points are my calves, bi's and middle back.
any critques/comments/encouragement would be greatly appreciatted!
