Thread: Chest workout?

    Chest workout?

    I have been lifting seriously for 2 years. I was on and off for many years previously. Im naturally a pretty thin guy, but have been training hard to put on some weight/strength. Actually, more strength then weight. Anyway, I have a question about my workout regiment. First let me describe my chest routine.

    Chest
    4 set of incline DB benchpress-->6-10 reps
    4 set of flat bench--->6-10 reps
    3 set of weighted dips--> 8-12 reps

    I am worried that I should throw in some incline DB flyes or high cable crossovers. I get a pretty intense workout from my above routine, but was wondering if I should end my workout with something that hits the lower and interior pec?

    6'2
    206lbs

    500/mg testcyp-->per week 4 12 wk
    300 deco--> per wekk 4 10 week
    Clomid and novla PCT
    Im on week 4.

    Diet for the past 2 months has been on point.
    sample:

    7:00: 5 egg white, 1 wheat toast
    9:00 oats and raisin
    11:30: Chicken breast sometiimes 2. Green veggies and rice or plain potatoe or wheat pasta

    2:30: Same as above. POrtion usually a little smaller

    5:30: chicken breast or fish with green veggie and rice/potatoe/etc

    7:30 protein shake

    10:00 peanuts or celery and peanut butter

    Usually throw another chicken breast in teh mix somewhere in there. I eat abotu 5 a day.

    My goals is size with retaining a "tight" look. My weak area I guess would be my mower chest, but everything could use work IMO.

    It depends on a lot, bro. Your training, depending on intensity, could be sufficient. You have 11 sets up there, so tossing in some incline flys or a tri exercise (depending on your current tranining split) might be fine.

    Your diet, on the other hand, needs some serious work. You want to put a diet together with all macros included and post it in the diet forum. From the looks of it you are not eating nearly enough if you want to put on size/stength. Cals look quite low, EFAs/good fats are close to non-existent.
    Again, put something together and post it up in the diet forum...there is a plethora of great info from some extremely knowledgable guys.
