Nolvadex dosages...

My first PCT is coming up and going to start it next week and well I have 20mg tabs of Nolvadex and the first week I'm going to take 40mg a day and my question is, do I take 2 tabs all at once or 1 tab morning 1 tab evening or when?

You can take nolva all at once. No need to split.

i dont think u need 40 mg of nolva 20 do the jop for spliting the proviron as its half life is short

i started my pct with only 20mg.....got a small lump/swelling nip....about 5 days in

upped my dose to 40mg...gone in 3 days.....i will run 40mg 1st week from now on and then drop to 20mg for the remainder

oh..i take it all at once as well...i started by taking it in the morning..now i take at night with less in my stomach.

if u have a lump then no prob with 40 or even 60 mg four couple os days but in any ordinary state 2o mg is enough

just take them together, what was your cycle?
