    Agreed. I dont make a habit of it but I'll eat some turkey breast slices or angus beef slices with a meal if I'm in a pinch.

    There is no doubt deli meats contain alot of sodium but then again... if you're consuming loads of water it shouldn't be too big of an issue.

    Still though... I'd stick to boneless chicken breast, etc.

    true, if u buy quality stuff it can be better. cheap stuff is garbage though

    I throw a few sliced up ounces of Fat free low sodium chicken/turkey deli meat in with my Egg whites and Oats every morning. Ive never had a problem with it. Makes a much better tasting omlet.
