    Thinking about a cutting cycle, here's pics

    Thinking about doing a cycle of test prop and winny....do you guys deem it necessary? I wnat to look SHREDDED, will the prop and winny do this ... if not, what is suggested? Also what do you guys think I can improve...which areas of my physique need help? ...I appreciate it fellas.

    i'd concentrate on building more muscle unless you have a comp or some specific reason to cut.

    yeah i guess i took zodiac's pic...cuz it's my determination to get to my goal, cuz that's pretty close to how i wanna look...so back to my questions up top...any suggestions? thanks

    no steroid will make you shredded, that is down to diet. not flaming in any way, but you have alot more muscle to put on before you look anything like zodiac, so bulk for afew years until you have some decent mass, then drop the cals, and cut up. no point cutting now dude, youl just look small

    decent mass? lol 5'9" at 187 pounds with 8-10% body fat is decent mass i would say. everyone around me tells me im bulky and big and need more definition...u urself look like u could put on some "decent" mass, buddy. when you look half as good as i do, come talk to me again, until then dont give advice to people ahead of your league

    il give you this, you look good, nice shape to the arms. but clearly the people who tell you you look big and bulky havent been around anyone bigger. like i said, wasnt flaming, but now youve turned into a cocky little shit, il flame away. you are obviously very dissolusioned with your own physique. i am fully aware that in those pics my bodyfat is rather high, and also my arms are sucking, just to give you some ammo.

    **side note** bodyfat is now around 12%, and arms have come up abit, believe it or not

    well u blow up pretty easy, you asked for critiques, no one said they were better than you they just said what they thought would be the best route to go, in timm's case that route was putting on more mass.
    I would agree, I think you look pretty good but if people around you are saying you look bulky when your 8-10%bf, then that's pretty stupid. you look lean, if you wanna get leaner thats cool, but i agree that your diet and time spent on cardio is what will get you ripped. not any cycle.
    as for critiques your arms look good, and i bet your lats are decent judging from the side. your chest looks kinda flat but thts typical w/ low bf. post up a pic of legs.

    personally i think timm looks worst then you man, thats my opinion. I want a body type that looks ripped with my abs and v showing. And you have a very good base to work from as do I. I would do a test,deca cycle with winstrol @ the end bro. I think you will improve nicely from that, hell, try a test,masteron,tren cycle, you'll grow.

    personal preferences are fine, everyones is different, but c'mon, anyone gonna aid me in pulling this kids head out of his ass and realising what league he is actually in? trying to do him a favour, so he doesnt end up making a dick out of himself when he meets someone who truly is huge, and he stands there puffing his chest out, with ILS as he thinks he is the same size

    not sure what league you think your in,and im certainly no mr o.we all work hard on trying to improve ourselves and like to get compliments,but going round saying your better than other people is not a good attitude to have.

    as iv said before on other posts i train in the same gym as some real monsters,2 are national competing heavy weights.they are deff out of yours and my league,but they dont have your attitude.they are very helpful and give consructive critisism.and they really are big and bulky.lol

    But, I have to agree with some of the others and say put on some mass first before you jump into cutting. I think you would be more pleased in the end if you chose this route instead of cutting right away. JMHO.

    Why do people always ask for somebody to critique them... and then blow up as soon as somebody says something...... Constructive criticism is a good thing.. if you came to this forum just to post pictures so people will tell you that you're "big and bulky" then you're in the wrong place

    Personally.. I think you need to add some size onto your chest.. it seems to me you dont do alot of flys because your lower outer part of your chest kind of dies off and if you did alot of flys it would really help connect your chest with your anterior delt.

    On the other hand .. I also think your more around the 10-12% bfp .. but i could be wrong..


    and for Timm.. you look great dude.. and you actually have alot of good responses.. dont let this guy get to ya

    Creepy.. you and I have a very very similar build, i think you got me with the biceps though
    As for suggestions...you can never go wrong with some more back(shoulders) and chest development, but looking quit solid.

    i would suggest npp, var, and prop or; masteron, var, prop.

    id run it like this if i were you

    1-10 prop 600mg/week
    1-10 npp 500mg/week
    1-8 var 80mg/ed

    you would put on great mass, stay lean as long as your diet was clean and these compounds have very keepable gains.

    if you chose masteron id dose it the same except id run the mast at the same dosage as test. it wont effect sex drive and itll also keep you dry and hard. no potential for gyno at all with mast by defnition
